Fingerprint Requirement

New York State Law now requires that all employees new to the district must be fingerprinted. Please note, there is a $99.00 non-refundable fee for this service. You can contact Morpho Trust by going to their website at www.identogo.com and clicking New York State on the map for further directions or by calling (877) 472-6915. You will be asked to provide a service code.  The code for certification applicants is 14ZGQT and the code for employee applicants is 14ZGR7.  If you have previous fingerprint clearance in the New York state public school district system please provide appropriate documentation to Minisink Valley Human Resource department.
